As soon as your system is ready, our team comes directly to your place in France or abroad for delivery and installation of your new instrument.

Your METASYS TR is installed and ready to use. Great! But now how does it work? Don't worry. A two-days initial training is organized by our team during the installation or a little bit later for your whole staff. After these two days you will know how to use the instrument perfectly and we will be with you to guide you and help you during your first exams.

Under warranty we intervene twice a year to improve your training if necessary. When the warranty expires, a maintenance contract with at least two visits a year is proposed. During our interventions we can also improve your training or teach your new members.
You face a problem and you can't solve it? Our team is available anytime to help you online. In most complicated cases, we intervene directly to your place within 48 hours.
